Join the team

POSCON is built by a volunteer-driven community. If you want to help shape professional-grade ATC training, there's a place for you.

Step 01

Find your fit

We bring on people across development, server operations, documentation, model assets, moderation, and community support. Whatever your strength, there's likely a role for it.

Step 02

Introduce yourself

Tell us about your background, what you'd like to work on, and how much time you can give. A short message is all it takes to start the conversation.

Step 03

Get onboarded

Selected applicants are paired with a team lead, added to the tools and channels they need, and ramped up on a first project alongside the wider team.

We review new applications on a rolling basis and welcome contributors from every region and time zone. Placeholder copy — adjust the specifics of your process, requirements, and expectations here.
